Lovely cottage set in beautiful grounds, very high standard, with Wi-fi and Sky for rainy days and it offers total peace and quiet. Very friendy & welcoming owners who go out of their way to make sure you have a memorable time. Great base for walking this area. If you are looking for a place to totally chill this is it.

A wonderful place to stay with FAB gardens, waterfall, stream with lots of mature trees that makes it very beautiful. Very clean with all facilities from home to home. So peaceful too. Our compliments to Elaine and Neil who made our stay all the worth while, to come back again is a must and recommend this lovely cottage to everyone. 'Great all round'.

This cottage is looked after by very friendly couple they made us feel welcome and went beyond what is normally expected. The grounds were lovely with a small waterfall and colourful flowers. I woul definitely recommend this spot to my friends.

A lovely and relaxing holiday retreat with very friendly owners living on site for local knowledge. An excellent holiday location for touring mid and north Wales, particularly if you are keen on mountain biking along picturesque estuary paths and / or walking in the local scenic countryside.

Cottage situated in a secluded spot with stunning grounds yet within 5 mins of Barmouth and central for touring the arera. Very friendly welcome. On the whole exceeded our expectations.

The owners have a beautifully laid out stream side garden in the seven and a half acre grounds. We were able to share all this with them. The cottage has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. Beautiful scenery of Snowdonia.
